I can't believe it! I FINALLY have my own copy of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight. NBS Legazpi finally had a copy. Actually, I was originally looking for Strunk and White's Elements of Style (tama ba?), but as I was following the saleslady... I saw IT.. with the apple and the hands and the black background.. Ohhh.. I couldn't resist. So in the end, I bought Twilight. Elements of Style wasn't available.

I'm working on the image verification thing to avoid those nasty spam bots. Unfortunately, I need the GD Image Library to do so, and I need tutorials. :D So for now, comments are temporarily disabled, in a sense that you won't be able comment. :D

I installed the CAPTCHA thingy already, but since the image doesn't show, you won't be able to comment. It's frustrating. To be honest, I'm in no mood to stop trying, but I have exams tomorrow and the days thereafter, so... you get the drill.

I wasn't able to sleep last night because of a bad headache. It took the medicine an hour to take effect, and by the time it was gone, I wasn't sleepy anymore. T_____T But since everyone was already asleep, I took the chance to watch TV. Haha. Unfortunately, the shows weren't interesting. At about one o'clock, I switched from [V] to The Sound Track Channel, and it was playing my all-time favorite love song:

Anyway, the BONJour Acquaintance Party was held last night. It was okay. I'm playing safe, Jovic's an officer. Hahaha. But I did my part with the invitations, and I should've made him pay for it. Haha. Annah and I were supposed to arrive earlier, but the early birds told us that the food wasn't served yet, so we headed to Jollibee instead. :D We went to the Governor's Mansion at about 8:30pm. Haha. I wouldn't mention much of the details as some of them are best to be private. :)

I deleted my previous post because of SPAM problems. Also, only registered users can comment. Go to: www.jyrevi.net/unli/cutenews and click register. I know it's confusing to comment because there's no password input, so I'll teach you how:
After you register, try to fill up the name, email (optional) and comment area, press submit (like how you would normally comment). Then, you will be redirected to a page wherein you will input your password. After typing your password, press submit. There you have it.


This'll be my shortest post because it's our midterms week, and I'll be off to study, study, study, ym, study, study. Haha.

I haven't been updating and I apologize from the bottom of my heart. If you're a contact of mine in YM, you'd know that I'm always online, and I'm sure you're expecting an alibi from me regarding my so-called 'busy schedule'. Well okay, I'm not THAT busy. I'm just too lazy to blog. Haha.

This isn't a formal post, so I'll leave messages for people here:

KUYA Gino: Ayan, special mention ka rin. Haha. And yes, emphasis on KUYA. *evil laugh*
Jonalyn: BELATED HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I know you don't read this, but I'll make you read this... whenever. xD
Kuya Bern: I send you my deepest condolence. Losing someone you love is indeed painful, but it's his time. The good Lord will take good care of him. Again, I know you don't read this, but you'll see it through our actions. That's what friends are for.

Haven't been online for quite some time, and I have a valid excuse! I'm an official UNIBabe! Well, I'm not exactly sure if that's what they call UNIBE qualifiers, but that's how they welcomed us (I forgot the term used for the boys). Well, anyway, yesterday was our first official meeting, and it was fun. I want a working atmosphere just like that. As one of the webmasters (and probably the ONLY female at that), I'll be working on a new web design (subject for approval). I'm thinking PHP, with content management or news input thing (like cutenews!), and a gallery, coppermine or whatever. I'm just so happy that I'm able to install scripts now without the help of Fantastico. Anyway, it's not final. I'll just share my insights, then if they like it, we'll work on it. Besides, it's possible that there are better ideas, and I'd be glad to help out.

Also, I'm working on a website for BHMTC. I've had the design in my head, and all I need is a little effort to start working on it. Sadly though, they haven't given me enough information yet (if the webserver has PHP or not, list of the names of the admins, etc), so I just started off with minor webpages. I've started saving the pictures, too (because they sent it to me in MS Word). Regarding the price, mom and I will be meeting with tita Mayeth (the representative) this week. Actually, I don't know why I'm there since I'm baka when it comes to pricing, and may be accused for overpricing OR laughed at for charging a really low price. That's why I will bring an accountant and at the same time a budget officer (my mom). Well, wish me luck.
I love my (not-so-part-time) job.

This day was filled with LOL moments! Wala naman masyado nangyari nung umaga, kaya idederetso ko na kayo sa hapon. May activity kami sa Speech Communication class namin na gaganap kami bilang reporters. Biglang nagka-emergency si madam, kaya iniwan niya kami agad. Imagine, the crazy Journalism 2-A students left in the BUCAL Amphitheater with no adult supervision. Haha.

Ginaya namin 'yung segment sa WOWOWEE. Yung.. "Hep Hep Hooray" ata 'yun (not really familiar with Philippine TV shows XD). Mas nakakatawa siguro 'to kung andun kayo e. Mahina ang describing powers ko. XD Anyway, pagkatapos nun, nag-search for Ms. Pigrum: Patangahan Challenge. The contestants were: Annah, Melai, Gracie and Ivy. Haha. Grabe talaga. Siguro naman alam niyo mga nangyayari sa mga beauty pageant parodies, right? May question and answer, talent portion and long gown pa. Haha. Feeling ko nga kakabagin na ko katatawa. T___T Haay, Journalism 2-A (2008-2009), ahlabyu. Haha.

Pagkatapos nun, pinalayas na kami ni kuya sa Amphi. Hehe. Kaya pumunta na kami sa UNIBE office kasi may interview 'yung mga nag-apply for PR Staff (not included. I applied for a different category). Tinatamad pa ko umuwi, kaya naki-tambay na rin muna. Hehe. Tapos ayun, hakutan ng lovelife! Daming mga unexpected! Haha. Nauna si G***** ma-hot seat. Ayun, hindi ko inexpect 'yung secret hearts for K****. Kasi super close sila e. Wala lang, haha. Tapos, umepal ako. Since alam ko na si J**** may hidden hearts din for A**** (refer to previous post XD), sabi ko, "since tapos na 'yung isang lalaki, yung isa naman!" Haha. Ayun, naratratan nanaman ako ng "I HATE YOU JEV!" XD Pero hindi siya nakawala. Then and there, umamin siya. Wahaha! And guess what? OMG. A**** feels the same. Haha. Thank me!!! XD Tapos ayun nasermonan si Apol about her Daniel Radcliffe obsession. Tapos sila Sarah, Arlene and Jonalyn super hindi talaga mapapasalita. Tsk. And ako... WAHAHA. Dumating na 'yung interviewers. UNIBE editors, ahlabyu. Haha.

Pagkatapos nun, pumunta na ko sa Legaspi for the supposed business meeting. E hindi naman natuloy, next week nalang daw. Mejo madilim na nun, kaya tinext ko si ma, sabay na kami umuwi. Hehe. Kasama ko nun si J**** tapos A****, kaya nagliwaliw muna kami sa LCC. Naghanap na kami ng damit na Hawaiian-ish para sa Acquaintance Party, hanggang nakarating kami dun sa mga [female] underwear. :D Sinusukat-sukatan namin si J**** ng bras and stuff. Alam niyo na yun. Haha. Tapos, wala lang, napagtripan namin ni A**** 'yung mga underwear na sa baba. :D You know.. Starts with the letter P. Haha. O ayun. Haha. May mga display dun, tapos hinahawak-hawakan ni A****, hanggang 'yung isang display, may parang butas sa baba (hindi sira. ganun talaga siya XD). Haha. It took our breath away for about 5 seconds, and all we did was stare. XD

A: "Wow! Para sa mga tamad umihi! :)"
(of course, alam namin ni J**** kung para saan yun. Hindi na lang ako nagreact, hanggang....)
J: "TANGA! /:)"

Note the smilies. Weeee. Lovers yan ha! XD Pero nakaganti si A**** kay J**** nang tiningan namin yung mga "p" na made of lace. As in lace lang talaga, wala nang ibang cloth.

A: Parang ang kati nito...
Me: Oo nga e.
(and then....)
J: Hindi yan makati.
A and Me: WAHAHAHA!!! Nakagamit ka na!! XD

Pinagtinginan na kami ng mga salesladies dun, pero okay lang ~___~ haha. Haay, A and J, ahlabyu. XD

So that raps up my day. Haha. Oh, and before I forget, HAPPY BIRTHDAY KUYA JERIC!
